Antonio Pavan, Founder & CEO

Antonio Pavan has twenty-five years of experience in managing luxury branded consumer goods in Australia, Italy , UK and USA for multinational corporations. Over the last twenty years he has introduced and led, as a CEO, high-end European brands in the US and South America including as Alessi, Geox, Damiani, Beretta.

He spearheaded the Alessi Design brand into the US home design market. in Geox Footwear he created the success of this international brand. 

In Damiani jewelry he devised and implemented a selective distribution strategy both domestically and internationally and lastly in Beretta Luxury Firearms and Apparel he spearheaded the Luxury division of this multi centennial industrial iconic brand.

With a very diversified professional and cultural background at the base of his versatile management approach, Antonio equally specialized in managing consumers’ goods as well as luxury brands  particularly in the home design and lifestyle market. Antonio also serve as advisor to Private Equities firms and is an Associated Partner to an M&A firm in Italy.

In recent years Antonio has been working with brands of the caliber of Santa Maria Novella, Shiseido, Serge Lutens, Herbatint, Bakel Skincare, etc.

Debbie Forman

Debbie Forman has twenty-five years of experience with luxury and contemporary Accessory and Lifestyle products.  She has gained a broad knowledge across the Fashion Retail, Wholesale and Digital space in the US Marketplace.
Debbie is an experienced General Manager specialized in spearheading growth and profit for lifestyles brands such as Michael Kors, Kate Spade, Cole Haan, Calvin Klein etc. 

In her prior experiences, Debbie has covered several roles for luxury maisons such as LVMH , Tumi and Salvatore Ferragamo.  Her broad background has allowed her to adapt and deal with the different challenges today’s marketplace present.

Debbie is an advisor to two digital companies in the fashion and retail industry.

David C. Tillman

David C. Tillman is a cosmetics executive with a unique blend of global experience in sales, business development, emerging market expansion and general management. His knowledge spans multiple distribution channels for both large and small brands and organizations, and includes significant niche expertise in the naturals and men’s skincare and grooming markets.

 David has almost three decades of selling and managing skincare brands in the U. S., Canada, Puerto Rico and in the Nordic markets. He spearheaded Elizabeth Arden’s entry into North American travel retail and later led their Scandinavian affiliate’s domestic and duty free businesses while being posted for 5 years in Copenhagen, DK.

With extensive expertise in the global travel retail arena, David has consulted and sold in duty free for brands Burt’s Bees, Abercrombie & Fitch, Pond’s Skincare, Dermanew, Orlane, Vitaman, and many others.

 In recent years, David led the entry into the North American market of UK men’s natural skincare brand ManCave. he consults in development for 3P Amazon service provider specialized in assisting brands who desire to sell on Amazon to enter, navigate and maximize their sales  and visibility on the site without having to sell directly to Amazon.

Livia Pinzari

Livia Pinzari has over 10 years of experience managing all aspects of digital advertising, working with large agencies in the United States, Australia and Europe. From strategy, creation, media buying & technology, her mission is to bring brands to their fullest digital potential.

After having gained experience at Ogilvy, Wunderman and BBDO working with international brands, such as : Visa, Coca-Cola, Elie Saab, American Express, Sony and Danone, Livia ventured into the world of ad-technology, creating solutions for companies like Campari, Audi, Cartier and Chanel.

At the end of 2017, Livia started her company NoLie Communications, to help brands make the most of the digital ecosystem and achieve sustainable growth. Some of NoLie Communications current clients are: MD Complete, Topricin, Article22, Acera LIVEN and London Labs Skincare For Hair to name a few.
